The 41st edition of HostMilano (Professional Catering; Bread | Pizza | Pasta - Coffee | Tea; Bar | Coffee machines | Vending; Ice cream | Pastry - Furniture | Technology | Table), hosted by Fiera Milano Rho from October 8 to 22, ended with positive numbers. During the five days of the event, more than 200.000 visitors were recorded (+8% compared to 2017) with 40% of international visitors from 171 countries. HostMilano confirmed its position as a benchmark for the hospitality sector. Several events took place: more than 800 training sessions, competitions and show-cooking.
