The most important international fair for the ice cream world, SIGEP, the Dolce World Expo, kicks off tomorrow, now in its 44th edition.
This year's event returns to full capacity with an estimated record turnout, including professionals and visitors, which will also involve an important organizational and logistical effort on the part of the city. Sigep has been the point of reference for innovations in the entire Sweet Foodservice sector for many years and provides a complete overview of all the innovations on the market: raw materials and ingredients, machinery and equipment, but also furnishings, packaging and services.
