The 43rd edition of Sigep The Dolce World Expo, with 950 brands present on 90 thousand square meters of exhibition, confirms itself as the most important international event dedicated to the ice cream, pastry, chocolate, artisan bakery and coffee supply chains.
Even if there was a -25% attendance compared to the last pre-pandemic edition, operators and exhibiting companies reported "results beyond expectations" and a significant turnout of highly profiled audiences.
Eurongel, with Coldtainer range, also encountered an important interest from the public and a general desire to return to doing business face-to-face.
